Every FoilHive membership includes FoilCare damage protection at no extra cost. Ride with confidence.

FoilCare Protection

FoilCare covers normal wear from regular riding — surface scratches, minor chips, and hardware wear. All repairs are performed in-house at our Tarifa workshop by the team that built the gear, using the same materials and methods.

Damage Reporting Process

Document the Damage

Take clear photos of the damage from multiple angles. Note when and how it happened.

Submit a Report

Log into your account and fill out the damage report form with photos and details.

Factory Assessment

Our Tarifa team reviews your report and gets back to you with an assessment, typically within 2–3 business days.

Return for Repair

Ship the damaged gear to our factory using the prepaid label we provide.

Professional Repair

Our team repairs your gear using the same materials and methods it was built with.

Back on the Water

Repaired gear ships back to you, or we send a replacement while repairs are done.

Liability Cap

Your maximum liability per incident is capped based on your membership. You'll never pay more than the cap, even for major repairs.

Damage & Repair FAQ

Surface scratches, minor cosmetic dings, and gradual degradation from regular foiling sessions. Think: the marks your gear picks up from a normal day on the water.
Our warehouse team in Tarifa inspects all returned gear against our published damage checklist. Their assessment is final and benchmarked against repair cost schedules.
Depending on availability, we may ship you a replacement component while yours is in the shop. Check with us when submitting your report.
No. Unauthorised modifications or repairs void FoilCare coverage and may result in additional charges. All repairs must be done by our factory team.
No deductible for covered damage. FoilCare is included in your membership at no extra cost. If damage falls outside coverage, you'll be quoted the repair cost before any charge.
