How damage reports work
- Submit this report. Tell us what happened and upload photos of the damage.
- Pay for shipping (both ways). Once we review, we'll invoice you for round-trip shipping, your gear to our Tarifa workshop AND the replacement back to you. You pay once, upfront. After payment we email you the return label.
- We assess and quote. Our techs inspect the gear. If it's covered by FoilCare (normal riding wear), repair is free. If damage is beyond normal use (abuse, impact, negligence), we'll quote a repair fee capped at your membership liability.
- You pay any charges. If a fee applies, we invoice you. Nothing to pay if FoilCare covers it.
- Your gear comes back repaired. We ship the same item back to you, working again. Your membership continues uninterrupted, no new selling plan, no pro-rated charge.
