Cancellation policy

 FOILHIVE SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                           
  How to cancel                                             
  You may cancel your FoilHive membership at any time through your online account. No notice period is required.                           
                                                                                                                                           
  When cancellation takes effect                                                                                                           
  Your cancellation becomes effective once all gear has been received by FoilHive. Your subscription will continue to be billed until all  
  equipment is returned.                                                                                                                   
                                                            
  Returning gear                                                                                                                           
  All gear must be returned within 14 calendar days of cancellation. Gear remains the property of FoilHive at all times. Return shipping is
   included in your initial shipping charge — no additional shipping cost applies.                                                         
                                                            
  Outstanding fees                                                                                                                         
  Any fees due at the time of cancellation remain payable, including charges for unreturned or damaged gear not covered by FoilCare
  protection.                                                                                                                              
   
  Hive Credits                                                                                                                             
  All unused Hive Credits expire upon account deactivation. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
                                                                                                                                           
  Right of withdrawal
  In accordance with Belgian consumer law (Article VI.47 of the Code of Economic Law), you may withdraw from this agreement within 14      
  calendar days of the contract date without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at hello@foilhive.com. Return all gear   
  within 14 days. We will reimburse all payments received (excluding initial shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned gear.
                                                                                                                                           
  Cancellation by FoilHive                                  
  FoilHive may terminate your membership in the following circumstances:
  - Material breach of the Membership Agreement (after 14 days' written notice to remedy)
  - Fraud, illegal activity, or wilful misconduct (effective immediately)                                                                  
  - Dissolution of the organisation (with 60 days' notice and a pro-rata refund)
                                                                                                                                           
  FoilCare protection                                       
  FoilCare basic protection covers normal wear and tear. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, loss, theft, or            
  unauthorised modifications. You are liable for repair or replacement costs for uncovered damage.                                         
                                                                                                                                           
  Governing law                                                                                                                            
  This policy is governed by Belgian law. Disputes may be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr) or the
  Belgian Consumer Mediation Service.
