Shipping and delivery

All FoilHive gear is stored, inspected and shipped from our workshop in Tarifa, Spain.

Where we deliver
Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.
Switzerland is served through our pickup hub in Zurich (see below).
We don't yet deliver to the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Malta, Cyprus, Bulgaria or outside Europe. You can join the waitlist on our website.

What shipping costs
You pay shipping once, at checkout, and it already covers the return trip at the end of your membership. Monthly renewals carry no shipping charge. The exact amount depends on your country and the size of the box (one item or a full set), and is shown at checkout before you pay. Gear swaps are charged separately; you see the shipping cost before you confirm a swap.

When it ships
Gear leaves Tarifa every Tuesday (or the next working day if that Tuesday is a Spanish public holiday). Orders approved by the end of Monday make that week's shipment. Before your first shipment we ask you to verify your identity, which takes about two minutes. Typical delivery is 3–5 working days after dispatch, and every shipment has tracking.

Packaging
We ship in recycled boxes already sized for the return trip, so please keep the box. Packing the gear safely for its return is your responsibility. Damage caused by poor packing is charged to you; damage caused by the courier is covered by our shipping insurance.

Switzerland
Swiss members collect their gear from our hub in Zurich, a short ride from Lake Zurich. Collection is free, with a minimum order of €170 (in practice, a Pump Foil Pack). We send you the exact address and arrange a time. If your gear has to travel to Switzerland from Tarifa, Swiss import VAT and any customs duty are paid by you, the member, and we tell you what applies before it ships.

Collecting in Tarifa
You can choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect in person from Tarifa, Spain. This makes Tarifa your collection point for every future order on that membership, so only choose it if you'll collect there.
